1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website AktInfoTech and purchasing our software products, custom code modifications, or digital services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or execute a payment transaction.

2. Payment & Currency Processing

All prices listed are subject to transaction fees depending on your geographic region and selected payment provider (e.g., PayPal, local card networks). You agree to provide valid, authorized payment details. Unauthorized use of payment accounts will result in immediate termination of digital service delivery and reporting to the respective payment network's risk assessment teams.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All code, design architecture, graphics, and proprietary implementations provided by AktInfoTech remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the client via a signed software delivery contract. Reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution of our pre-built digital products is strictly prohibited.

4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. However, if a dispute arises via PayPal or an international payment network, both parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution directly via email before escalating to official payment platform resolution centers or judicial courts.
