1. Digital Delivery Nature

AktInfoTech operates exclusively as a digital IT service provider and software development agency. We do not ship physical products or hardware. Therefore, physical shipping and handling charges are not applicable.

2. Delivery Timeline & Methods

• Pre-Built Source Code & Software Modules: Delivery is instantaneous or within 24 hours of payment confirmation via secure download links sent to your registered email address.
• Custom Development Services (Android/Web): Delivery timelines are project-specific and outlined in the formal service agreement provided before payment. Final assets are delivered electronically via GitHub, Google Drive, or direct server deployment.
• API Credentials & Configuration Files: Dispatched via secure email within 24 to 48 business hours upon successful verification of the transaction.

3. Delays and Non-Delivery

If you do not receive your digital product link or service credentials within the specified timeframe, please immediately check your spam/junk email folder. If it is not there, contact our support desk at support@aktinfotech.com so we can manually dispatch your assets.
