Cancellation, Refund, and Digital Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Framework
Because AktInfoTech specializes entirely in intangible digital goods (including custom source code, software modules, web applications, and configuration files), delivery is completed entirely electronically. Links to source files, repositories, or compiled assets are dispatched to your authorized payment email within 24 to 48 hours of successful authorization.
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
- Pre-Built Digital Products: Due to the immediate download accessibility of digital code, refunds are generally not granted once the files have been accessed or downloaded. Exceptions are made strictly if the code is proven fundamentally broken or misrepresented, and reported within 7 days of purchase.
- Custom Software & Projects: Cancellations requested before development work has initiated will receive a 100% refund. If the project has reached developmental milestones, refunds will be prorated proportional to the engineering time already spent.
3. PayPal & Chargeback Guidelines
We strictly monitor transaction disputes. Opening a PayPal dispute or bank chargeback without first communicating with our support desk will result in immediate suspension of all active API licenses, code updates, and service deployments associated with your enterprise profile.
4. How to Request a Refund
Please route your formal invoice number along with your transaction receipt to: support@aktinfotech.com. Approved refunds will be re-routed back to your original source account (e.g., your PayPal balance or credit card bank account) within 5-7 business days.
